Tallinn TV Tower

Found some 6 kilometers outside out of the main city center near Pirita, Tallinn’s TV Tower (Tallinna teletorn) is a free-standing structure with an observation deck with 360 degree spectacular views!
Standing at a height of 314 m (1030.2 ft), it seems every Baltic country has one, I’m not sure which country has the official claim to the highest tower, but its pretty high once you get all the way up there!
The TV tower also has a very fancy restaurant the highest brasserie restaurant in northern Europe, apparently!
Also a feature is the newly opened ‘Walk on the Edge’ attraction that has opened on the 22nd floor of the TV Tower, at a height of 175 meters, which allows visitors to walk along the edge of the roof of the TV Tower! Not for those of you scared of heights!
There is also all sorts of other attractions to make your fun day out complete… museums, children’s adventure play park, a souvenir shop, 3D movie theater and more!
So loads to do and loads to see, all makes for a great day out!
